For companies that manufacture components for the airconditioning and heating industries, Sistech has developed a series of high production machines suitable for bending various types of pieces.

These machines can be fitted with Single Head or Double Head for bending processes.
Bending angles and speed are easily programmed through the operator panel.
The change of production is quick and accurate thanks to the quick change devices.
The dimensional size of workpieces ranges from min d=6mm to max D=25mm.
In the bending stage an inner core can be used for the piece to ensure the quality of the work.
These machines in the double head version can reach production performances of roughly 1 pc/sec.

Materials that can be processed: brass, aluminium, copper, stainless steel.
